Mr. Pahwa has advised private equity and corporate clients on a multitude of buy-side and sell-side projects across the US and Canada. He specializes in financial and accounting due diligence, and his experience ranges from lower and middle market acquisition targets to billion-dollar cross-border transactions. 

Mr. Pahwa has extensive experience in the software and technology sector as well as services, infrastructure, telecommunications, environmental services, and healthcare- focused businesses. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pahwa worked as a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Transaction Services group. He began his career in audit, focusing on technology, media, and telecommunications.

Mr. Pahwa earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Schulich School of Business at York University, Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant designated in Ontario, Canada.
