Roshan Emmanuel is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Sydney. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Emmanuel provides financial due diligence services and advice to clients, including private equity groups, public and private companies, family offices, and pension funds.

Mr. Emmanuel has extensive global deal experience, having worked on transactions across Australasia and Europe. He is committed to being a trusted partner and advisor to his clients, with a focus on providing value-accretive outcomes as they navigate mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Emmanuel has worked on transactions across a broad range of industries, including retail and consumer, industrials, manufacturing, services, and healthcare. He has a particular focus on food and agriculture, including meat and protein processors and producers, fruit and vegetable companies, and food and beverage businesses.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Emmanuel served as a Partner at PwC in Australia. He spent nearly 21 years with PwC, including more than 14 years in its Deals practices in Sydney and Zurich, advising international and local private equity groups, corporate clients, family offices, and pension funds.

Mr. Emmanuel earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting and finance) from the University of New South Wales. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
