Mr. Esposito has more than 12 years of restructuring experience. He has advised on numerous Chapter 11 proceedings in the context of pre-bankruptcy preparation and case administration, schedules and statements preparation, contract compilation and assumption/rejection, plan and solicitation, claims reconciliation and objections, management reporting, plan disbursements, information management, preference actions and other pre- and post-bankruptcy related management.

Mr. Esposito has worked with clients across various industries, including energy, retail, communications and technology, finance, and manufacturing. Some of his notable clients include Cumulus Media and Westwood One, Alpha Natural Resources, Exco Resources, Legacy Reserves, Sandridge Energy Inc., Swift Energy Company, Westmoreland Coal, Whiting Petroleum, Arcapita Bank B.S.C., Aleris International, Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc., Exide Technologies, Ascena Retail Group, Conexant Systems, Angelica Corporation, Coach America, Ciber Inc., Local Insight Media Holdings, Rodeo Creek Gold, The Tribune Company and Vertis Communications.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Esposito spent 10 years in real estate, where he focused on commercial properties. In his last position, he served as Asset Manager of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where he analyzed retail/industrial acquisitions and disposition and lease vs. purchase and handled contract negotiations, lease abstraction and property management.

Mr. Esposito earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
