With more than 16 years of industry experience, Mr. Moreira Neto has been deeply involved in key discussions surrounding Brazil’s oil and natural gas sector, leading the execution of dozens of projects focused on reserve monetization strategies, technical due diligence of production and natural gas logistics assets, gas supply agreement negotiations, and market and regulatory advisory for natural gas, LPG, and biomethane businesses.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Moreira Neto spent several years with Gas Energy, a recognized boutique Brazilian consulting firm, where he most recently served as Partner and CEO. He also founded Ignis, a market intelligence platform initially developed as an internal solution and later transformed into a key technical differentiator and independent revenue stream. Gas Energy and Ignis were both acquired by A&M, strengthening A&M’s advisory capabilities in the energy sector.

Mr. Moreira Neto earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Brasília and an MBA in finance from Ibmec. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
