Prateek Parakh

Mr. Parakh brings 25 years of IT management and leadership, business transformation, sales and supply chain operations and program governance experience. He specializes in ERP, professional services, supply chain and manufacturing systems implementations, IT systems selections, roadmap development and integration management. Mr. Parakh has worked with clients in various industries, including aerospace & defense (A&D), food, consumer goods, industrials, packaging, software development, professional services, hospitality and retail.
Mr. Parakh's notable engagements include the IT carve-out and standup for a $.8 billion multinational A&D company. He developed the IT operating model, including infrastructure and business applications roadmap to support value creation initiatives and handled the upgrade, re-implementation and consolidation planning for ERPs using Deltek Costpoint, Epicor Kinetic, SFDC, Workday and ADP. Mr. Parakh also handled post-acquisition IT strategy and roadmap development for $1 billion A&D customer with significant IT debt. He created a PMO to drive ERP reimplementation, data management, salesforce automation, financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
Previously, Mr. Parakh handled post-acquisition cost takeout for $1 billion A&D company, including IT strategy and roadmap development to align IT priorities with target operating model (TOM) and Value Creation Plan (VCP). He also managed IT strategy and roadmap development for a public listed A&D customer, developing a five-year IT roadmap to build out an IT platform, and support aggressive M&A strategy and DCAA compliance requirements.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Parakh spent 12 years with as Owner and President of Solutions4Business, a boutique consulting firm.
Mr. Parakh earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Delhi Technological University. He is a Certified Project Management Professional from PMI and CPIM & CIRM from the Association of Supply Chain Management.
