Pieter Vink is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Amsterdam. He brings 20 years of experience advising international clients in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Vink specializes in cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients across Europe, the U.S. and China. He has worked with clients across a range of industries including retail, consumer goods and industrial markets.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Vink worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at CRH Europe, where he was responsible for assisting divisional and local business development teams on acquisitions and divestments throughout Europe. Before CRH, Mr. Vink worked in the Transaction Services practices of KPMG and Deloitte in London and Amsterdam.
Mr. Vink earned a master’s degree in business economics and completed post-graduate accountancy at the University of Amsterdam. He is a Chartered Accountant ("RA") and a member of the Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants. He is fluent in Dutch and English and has working knowledge of German.
