Mr. Demarquette works with portfolio companies under leveraged buyout and investors across the investment life cycle, supporting leaders in aligning teams, reshaping ways of working, and improving performance across functions, from operational teams to support functions. 

Mr. Demarquette’s experience includes operational due diligence, post-merger integration, EBITDA improvement programs, operating model redesign, and the development of offshore shared services capabilities, including programs that delivered double-digit EBITDA uplift. He has worked across software, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial businesses. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Demarquette worked at Kraft Heinz, where he was part of the transformation office during a major reorganization. He also worked at EFESO Management Consultants (formerly EFESO Consulting) in the Operations, Strategy, and Organization practices, leading transformation and improvement programs for private equity funds and large corporates. 

Mr. Demarquette earned a BBA from KEDGE Business School and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a certified Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Black Belt and is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish.
