Peter Mosley is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Restructuring & Turnaround in New York. With more than 16 years of financial restructuring and advisory experience, he has implemented a range of solutions for business recovery and failure situations.

Mr. Mosley focuses primarily on large, company-side bankruptcies and distressed situations. He serves clients in various industries, including energy, refining, wireless telecommunications and technology, cable television and broadband, retail, and aerospace.

Mr. Mosley’s notable clients include Gulfport Resources, Denbury Resources, EXCO Resources, Samson Resources, Mahalo Energy, Energy Future Holdings, La Paloma Generating, Southern Montana Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Hawker Beechcraft, Blockbuster, and Acosta.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mosley was a Senior Associate at Barrier Advisors LLC, where he focused on advising lenders on value-maximizing strategies in distressed situations.

Mr. Mosley earned a bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
