Mr. Lechowick specializes in providing hands-on support of financial and operational restructurings through liquidity management, business plan development and implementation, and performance improvement and transformation initiatives.

With more than 10 years of financial, operational, and strategic consulting experience, Mr. Lechowick has advised and navigated companies through periods of disruption and transformation. He has worked with clients in various industries, including consumer products, retail, real estate, hospitality, aerospace, manufacturing, technology and oil and gas.

Mr. Lechowick’s notable engagements include Unical Aviation, Gulfport Energy, Mauser Packaging Solutions, American Achievement Corporation, Bonanza Creek Energy, Global Geophysical Services, Talisker Development/Canyons Resort, Hawker Beechcraft, GDC Technics, Trident Microsystems, and Willbros Construction. He was a debtor advisor to Hawker Beechcraft, a distressed airplane manufacturer, in an engagement that was awarded “Mega Turnaround of the Year” by ABL Advisor.

Mr. Lechowick earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (cum laude, finance and accounting) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
