Paul Kinealy

Mr. Kinealy specializes in corporate restructuring, from the evaluation of strategic corporate alternatives to bankruptcy preparation, post-filing administration, and implementation of the plan of reorganization. His specific expertise includes the preparation of first-day pleadings, noticing and communication plans for impacted constituencies, financial reporting, analysis of executory contracts for assumption or rejection, claims reconciliation, preference analysis, and post-confirmation administration. Mr. Kinealy’s notable engagements include Rite Aid Corporation, Tupperware Brands Corporation, Celsius Network, Windstream Communications, Gibson Guitars, Energy Future Holdings, Edison Mission Energy, Patriot Coal, MF Global, American Airlines, and Tribune Media Company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kinealy served as a Director at the Garden City Group, an information management, noticing, and communications company, and practised law in the Restructuring group at Kirkland & Ellis.
Mr. Kinealy earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental science from Tulane University, Louisiana, and a law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law.
