Patricia Hong

Ms. Hong’s notable engagements include top-line transformation for a large prestige beauty player (redesign of their marketing and creative global operating model, brand-level strategies, innovation/newness strategies, and customer battlegrounds); redesign of growth strategies and marketing plans for several specialty retailers (consumer acquisition/retention strategies, advertising and marketing partner ecosystem, and allocation of dollars); and turnaround strategies for underperforming legacy brands (beauty, retail, beverages) with a focus on redesigning the consumer experience from acquisition through loyalty/retention.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hong was a Partner at Kearney, their NY Office Lead, and the Sector Lead for Beauty, Luxury, Personal Care Americas. Prior to that, she led Kearney’s marketing practice across industries.
Ms. Hong earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
