Olaf Reyes

He has more than 20 years of experience in consultancy business practices, delivery models and business systems. Mr. Reyes is a seasoned leader in the strategic application of technology to resolve operational business challenges. He defines targeted solutions that result in the highest impact to organizations. His deep technical expertise in data analytics, solutions architecture, business intelligence and systems integration allows him to deliver large-scale complex solutions for multiple engagements.
Mr. Reyes’ executive management experience includes leading large systems integration teams in the implementation of claims and enrollment audit and control solutions, as well as in developing end-to-end solutions for web enrollment, billing and sales automation. He has extensive functional expertise in enrollment and eligibility, claims pricing and adjudication, business process re-engineering and process improvement. He was responsible for implementing a claims accuracy program for a managed Medicaid plan identifying over $20 million in inaccuracies and $16 million in recoverable findings across institutional and professional providers. Mr. Reyes helped with re-engineering and re-platforming an electronic enrollment system for a regional BlueCross BlueShield plan doubling transaction capacity and providing real-time processing capabilities. He also developed an enterprise dashboard and reporting architecture to support monitoring and audit controls for a managed Medicaid plan’s enrollment, provider, and claims operations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Reyes was a Senior Manager of a global management consulting firm where he ran the organization’s data analytics service line in the healthcare industry practice leading to numerous strategic accounts. Additionally, Mr. Reyes worked in Accenture’s Delivery Center in the Philippines.
Mr. Reyes earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of the Philippines.
