Nitin Pandita
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pandita spent more than a decade working with Procter & Gamble in India and the Middle East region, leading sales, business strategy, transformation projects, channel management, and governance in director-level positions. He also contributed to high-impact engagements at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, where he developed AI solutions and harmonized route-to-market frameworks for global consumer packaged goods clients.
Mr. Pandita has successfully delivered market sales and channel strategies, executed winning go-to-market models, digitized trade spends to unlock value, and led AI programs in marketing.
Mr. Pandita earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dwarkadas Jivanlal Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai, and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
