With more than 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, Mr. Lath has advised clients on a wide range of transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates, including private equity investments, cross-border acquisitions, structured financing, and strategic divestitures.

Mr. Lath’s notable assignments consist of several deals with pharma companies, including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Zydus Group, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Aurobindo Pharma, Natco Pharma, Sandoz, Strides Pharma, Neuland Laboratories, Concord Pharmaceuticals, Rubicon Research, Granules India, and Marksans Pharma.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lath spent 10 years with Stifel Nicolaus India in Mumbai, where he most recently served as Managing Director. He led the India practice for Stifel, which focused on advisory to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

Mr. Lath earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is a Charted Accountant (CA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder.
