Ms. Godiwalla brings more than 15 years of experience collaborating with executive leadership, business leaders, and business resource groups to expand and advance efforts in the recruitment, development, promotion and retention of diverse talent. She has managed a number of diversity strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Godiwalla spent eight years leading the DEI efforts at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm. She led the diversity team that increased representation in hiring, progression and retention and drove a more inclusive and equitable culture. Prior to that, Ms. Godiwalla spent a decade working for Fortune 500 corporations, including Morgan Stanley and Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. Godiwalla earned BBA from the University of Texas, a master’s degree in liberal studies from Dartmouth, and an MBA from Wharton School of Business, from which she received a Distinguished Alumnus Award. She has been featured as a bestselling author in major media outlets including, USA Today, Forbes, Time Magazine, NPR, MSNBC and CNN.
