Myung Hoon Ha

Mr. Ha has worked across a range of industries including machinery and assembly, infrastructure, heavy industries, consumer electronics, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ha spent eleven years with Doosan Group and its subsidiaries, including Doosan Infracore and Doosan Bobcat, where he held leadership positions across corporate and business unit strategy, product management, sales channel development, and commercial operations function. He was an integral part of Bobcat’s integration into Doosan Group, at the time the largest cross-border acquisition by a Korean company, spearheading the integration agenda and playing a pivotal role in improving strategic alignment between a Doosan headquarters and Bobcat U.S. operation as Director of Strategy expat in the US.
Previously, Mr. Ha spent four years as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Korea where he carried out 20+ management consulting projects for major Korean conglomerates and multinational companies across business portfolio strategy, new business entry, M&A due diligence, operational excellence, and AGG (Asia Going Global). Mr. Ha also brings close to six years of marketing and brand management experience with Reckitt Benckiser in Korea, a British multinational consumer goods company. He focused on new product launches, pricing recommendations, advertising and promotional campaigns, and a brand expansion roadmap for personal hygiene and cleaning product categories.
Mr. Ha earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agriculture and life sciences from Seoul National University and an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
