Mike Atkinson
Mr. Atkinson brings his experience of delivering transformational results in pharmaceuticals, medtech, food and beverage, and heavy industrial industries, including cost savings, process optimization, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Atkinson led manufacturing and supply chain operations for Fortune 500 companies, where he managed large teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and complex global and regional networks. He directed end-to-end supply chain functions across strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics, demand planning, and new product introductions. In his previous roles, Mr. Atkinson implemented lean, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing solutions to drive significant improvements in productivity, lead times, and regulatory compliance (such as the Food and Drug Administration’s [FDA’s] Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations). He also built and developed high-performing, diverse teams, ensuring talent pipeline strength and continuity while leading major change initiatives and network transformations.
Mr. Atkinson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Southwest Baptist University and a master’s degree in business from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
