Ms. Metz provides expert witness services for international arbitration and analyzes delay and disruption in construction and engineering projects. She has collaborated with clients across various sectors, including infrastructure, oil and gas, energy generation and distribution, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, rolling stock, and commercial buildings. Notably, she provided expert witness testimony in an arbitration related to the construction of a new, large-scale railway line connecting the northern and southern parts of an African nation.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Metz spent 18 years at HKA in the UK, including seven years as Partner and European Delay Team Leader. In this role, she grew the team to over 25 specialists in delay and disruption and led the analysis of reports related to complex and high-profile construction and engineering disputes around the world.

Ms. Metz earned her higher national diploma in building studies from MidKent College and then gained practical experience as a planning engineer in the construction industry. She is a member of The Academy of Experts and the Society of Construction Law UK. She has also completed the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).
