Michael Brennan
Mr. Brennan's experience includes valuations of business enterprises, corporate legal entities, closely held businesses, and personal goodwill for tax purposes. He has worked on numerous transfer pricing engagements including intellectual property planning and migration, intellectual property valuation, intercompany interest rate and debt capacity analyses, preferred stock coupon analyses, transfer pricing structure design and implementation during post-merger integrations, assisting companies with operational transfer pricing reviews and implementations, transfer pricing-related due diligence for private equity and corporate sponsors, and transfer pricing benchmarking and documentation from both planning and compliance perspectives. Mr. Brennan also has prior experience conducting fair valuations of business reporting units and tangible and intangible assets for ASC 805 and ASC 350 purposes.
Mr. Brennan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (dual concentrations in accounting and finance) and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
