Matthew Osborn
Mr. Osborn has considerable experience in designing and implementing multi jurisdictional reviews for clients across a range of industries and in dealing with international tax authorities. He works closely with other tax specialists across A&M’s Global Tax practice to provide holistic advice, particularly as the global incentives landscape continues to evolve in response to the OECD’s Inclusive Framework on BEPS Pillar Two.
Previously, Mr. Osborn was the Asia–Pacific Hub Leader at KPMG’s Global Credits, Grants & Incentives Services practice and a Tax Director. During his tenure at KPMG, he worked in Australia, Canada, Singapore, and the United States.
Mr. Osborn earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (concentration in accounting) and a bachelor’s degree in science (concentrations in molecular biology and biochemistry) from La Trobe University, Australia. He is an associate member of The Tax Institute (Australia) and a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (Australia).
