Matthew DelMauro
Mr. DelMauro focuses on determining the quality of earnings and working capital requirements of acquisition targets that impact purchase price negotiations. He also assists buyers in identifying trends to determine the sustainability of earnings, key business drivers, evaluation of forecast models, and cost savings analyses. Mr. DelMauro works with buyers and sellers to ensure that acquisition and finance agreements reflect the findings noted during the due diligence analysis.
Mr. DelMauro has served clients across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, industrial and consumer products, aerospace and defense, transportation, distribution, and business services sectors. His transaction experience ranges from lower- and middle-market acquisition targets to large-scale, complex cross-border projects.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. DelMauro was in PwC’s Assurance practice, where he served on the Goldman Sachs team in the banking and capital markets vertical.
Mr. DelMauro earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management from Bucknell University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
