Mr. Aspinwall focuses on determining the quality of earnings and working capital requirements of acquisition targets that affect purchase price negotiations. He also assists buyers in identifying trends to determine the sustainability of earnings, assess key business drivers, and evaluate forecast models and cost-savings analyses. Mr. Aspinwall works with buyers and sellers to ensure that acquisition and finance agreements reflect the findings noted during due diligence analysis.

Mr. Aspinwall has experience working with clients in various industries, notably in building products, manufacturing and distribution, industrials, consumer products, business services, automotive, and food and beverage, among others.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Aspinwall was a Senior Associate with Deloitte’s Audit practice, where he served a wide range of clients in financial services and commercial industries.

Mr. Aspinwall earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Muhlenberg College, Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York.
