Matt Chapman
With more than 25 years of financial services industry experience, Mr. Chapman has worked under the scrutiny of many regulatory authorities (including in the US, Asia–Pacific, EU, and UK) and has extensive experience of designing, implementing, and developing financial crime control frameworks, including in large-scale transformation programs.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chapman spent nearly three years with Nordea’s Group Financial Crime Prevention unit. He was responsible for the oversight and coordination of all workstreams within the company’s financial crime multiyear transformation program. Additionally, he helped develop the portfolio management capability within its “know your customer” (KYC) function. Mr. Chapman has also held Managing Director roles at UBS, Standard Chartered Bank, and Aviva.
Mr. Chapman earned an LLB (honors) degree from the University of Sheffield.
