Mark Wooffinden

Mr. Wooffinden has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including PLC boards, multi-jurisdictional groups, Financial Conduct Authority-regulated entities, and local owner-managed businesses.
Mr. Wooffinden’s recent advisory assignments have involved supporting corporates, lenders, and private equity sponsors with financial restructuring processes, cash management, accelerated M&A processes, options analysis, and contingency planning.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wooffinden spent 15 years with the KPMG Restructuring practice in Manchester and two years working in risk consulting at Deloitte in London. Mr. Wooffinden also had secondments in the Business Support unit at Lloyds Bank Group, at the Pension Protection Fund, and at The Pensions Regulator.
Mr. Wooffinden earned a bachelor’s degree in European business management from Newcastle University. While there, he studied at international business schools in Finland and Sweden. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner.
