Mark Sidorenkov

Mr. Sidorenkov brings more than 10 years of financial advisory and restructuring experience. He has helped clients improve operational efficiencies and cost takeout; assessed cash flow and liquidity; assisted with budget management, financial planning and forecasting; prepared valuation analyses and integrated financial models; and developed and implemented reorganization plans.
Mr. Sidorenkov has worked with clients across various industries, including energy, retail, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, wholesale, food service and marine services.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. Sidorenkov advised Revlon, Inc. with restructuring efforts related to more than $3 billion in funded debt obligations. Previously, he advised Gulfport Energy Partners, a publicly traded E&P company, on restructuring efforts related to more than $2 billion in funded debt obligations through a pre-arranged plan of reorganization.
Prior to that, Mr. Sidorenkov was a restructuring advisor to Conexant Systems, a fabless semiconductor company in the high-tech audio and video sector; the case received the M&A Advisor “Restructuring of the Year” award. Mr. Sidorenkov’s other notable public engagements include California Resources Corporation, Legacy Reserves, Breitburn Energy Partners, Target Canada, Rural/Metro Ambulance, Coldwater Creek, and Furniture Brands International.
Mr. Sidorenkov earned bachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting, and business administration from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in finance (fixed income and derivative securities concentration) from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
