Mr. Kamble specializes in manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain. His primary areas of concentration include enterprise cost reduction, manufacturing excellence, digital-led transformation, logistics cost optimization, supply chain strategy and planning, and Lean Six Sigma.

With more than 18 years of supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation program experience, Mr. Kamble has managed multiple client engagements across a variety of industries, including automotive, auto components, chemical, consumer packaged goods, industrial goods, steel, building materials, and pharma. He has a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to clients. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kamble worked with multiple consulting firms, including Tata Consultancy Services, KPMG, Accenture, and Boston Consulting Group. Most recently, he served as a Principal with Accenture Strategy, where he led procurement operating model design and implementation for a large conglomerate in India across multiple businesses. 

Mr. Kamble earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
