Mr. Chaffin brings over 11 years of consulting experience across a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, food and beverage, distribution, logistics, and retail.

Notably, Mr. Chaffin led the development of a central transportation function for a large agribusiness, establishing an enterprise strategy, organizational structure, technology roadmap, and business case for investment. He also conducted a competitive stock-keeping unit profitability analysis for an international food and beverage company, identifying and quantifying competitive advantages and disadvantages in sales and marketing, manufacturing, and logistics costs.

In addition, Mr. Chaffin has led multiple distribution network design, optimization, and transition initiatives for clients across various industries, leveraging a variety of technologies to improve customer service, cost to serve, and working capital position.

Mr. Chaffin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with experience in process evaluation and design across multiple business functions.
