With over 15 years of financial advisory and distressed company experience, Mr. Cherrone has been involved with numerous Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. He has worked with companies across a range of industries, including cryptocurrencies, energy, pharmaceuticals, retail, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Mr. Cherrone’s notable engagements include Genesis Global, Endo International plc, and Gulfport Energy Corporation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cherrone spent five years as an investment analyst with distressed investing firms in New York and Connecticut, where he worked on numerous distressed situations and restructurings across a variety of sectors. Prior to these investing roles, Mr. Cherrone worked in the M&A group at Brown Brothers Harriman and began his career at a boutique restructuring firm based in New York.
Mr. Cherrone earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
