Kristi Soch

Ms. Soch’s primary areas of concentration are executive and equity compensation design, valuation and reporting; organizational culture assessment and activation; change management; and employee communications. She also brings extensive experience in HR compliance and employee benefit plan design and administration.
With more than 15 years of human capital experience, Ms. Soch has led HR M&A due diligence and human capital integration processes for large, international organizations and helped private equity clients through a variety of transaction types, including large carve-outs and public company take-privates. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology and life sciences.
Ms. Soch has performed 350+ HR due diligence assessments. Her notable assignments include serving as the global (35 countries) HR integration engagement lead for a private equity $5 billion carve-out and take private of a large life sciences firm and the due diligence and subsequent HR integration, HRIS configuration, communications and culture assessment for a U.S. asset management firm's $500 million carve-out. Most recently, Ms. Soch was responsible for HR integration, culture assessment, change management and employee communications for global systematically important bank’s $2 billion acquisition of an investment management firm, covering 10+ countries.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Soch spent five years with Deloitte, leading HR due diligence and integration projects for private equity and corporate clients. She also served as a Director at MacAndrew & Forbes’ portfolio company, Vericast, leading HR diligence, integration and divestitures across the portfolio, as well as portfolio-wide executive compensation programs. Ms. Soch has also held a variety of leadership roles in compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS administration.
Ms. Soch earned a bachelor’s degree in culture and communications from New York University and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas – San Antonio. She holds a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation.
