Krista Kreider

Prior to joining A&M a second time, Ms. Kreider held regional leadership responsibility for all of Pediatrix Medical Group’s practice operations in Michigan and Southwest Ohio, managing all physician recruitment, contracting and compensation, as well as hospital relationship management and oversight of new growth. Before that, she led Growth & Integration at Pediatrix, where her team managed all aspects of the integration of 100+ new practices with annual revenue of $75+ million. Previously, Ms. Kreider served as Vice President of Pediatrix’s Newborn Hearing Screen Program, where she was responsible for a million infants annually and 1,500+ employees across 450 sites, focusing on strategies to improve margins without sacrificing patient care.
At A&M, Ms. Kreider was primarily involved in financial restructuring and operational performance improvement across hospitals, manufacturers and physician practice management services organizations. Her projects included cost take-out, M&A, organizational restructuring, design of budget and forecasting processes, sales cycle and incentive plan management, product launch preparation, compensation plan modeling and service-line profitability analysis.
Ms. Kreider earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and operations (honors) from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
