He has worked as an interim CRO, CFO, Administrator, and Liquidating Agent, partnering with management and boards of directors and liaising with stakeholders, including legal advisors, lenders, and investment bankers.
Currently, Mr. Gerber is the Interim CRO of a renewable biodiesel company, negotiating forbearance agreements with the lender group, establishing transparency and credibility, and running a competitive process to refinance or sell the business.
