He has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including industrial manufacturing, automotive (original equipment manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers), food manufacturing, medical device distribution, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kadakia spent 14 years in KPMG’s Supply Chain Consulting practice, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies on identifying and capturing EBITDA improvement opportunities, architecting future-state supply chain operating models, and enabling digital transformation road maps aligned with enterprise strategy. Over the course of his tenure, he led numerous large-scale, complex supply chain transformations that delivered measurable operational efficiencies, accelerated growth, and reinforced long-term competitiveness.

Mr. Kadakia earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from New York Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in supply chain and operations management from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.
