Karthik Rajagopalan

With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience across multiple industries, Mr. Rajagopalan’s area of expertise includes modernizing operations through digital, advanced analytics and AI. At CRG, he has helped improve COGS for several consumer products clients, sourcing products from around the world.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rajagopalan served as the Head of JCPenney’s Analytics CoE, where he helped drive value across the enterprise with the help of advanced analytics and AI. Previously, he drove operations transformation across industries through his roles at AT&T’s Big Data CoE and as a consultant with McKinsey’s Operations practice. He also spent 14 years in the semiconductor industry in roles spanning product development, manufacturing and supply chain.
Mr. Rajagopalan earned a bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering from Pondicherry University, India; master’s degrees in electrical engineering and industrial engineering from Penn State University; a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Arizona State University; and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
