Julian Peiler

Mr. Peiler assists investors seeking to maximize transaction value, navigate sector disruption, swiftly turn strategy into action, or advance companies from good to great. Leveraging his hands-on management experience, he designs ambitious yet achievable programs and takes a practical, results-focused approach to execution.
Before joining the Middle East office, Mr. Peiler was a member of A&M’s European Private Equity practice. For more than 12 years and through over 40 engagements in transactions, operations, and finance, he has served clients across their diverse portfolios and thus accumulated experience in a wide range of sectors.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Peiler worked at Droege Group, a German private equity firm, where he served as interim Chief Financial Officer of a portfolio company, after working on restructuring and performance improvement assignments with the group’s Operations team. Before that, he worked with Roland Berger, Bosch, and Mercedes-Benz.
Mr. Peiler earned master’s degrees in engineering and business administration from the Technical University of Berlin and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
