Jonathan Miller

Mr. Miller has served as Chief Technology Officer for financial services providers, software product manufacturers and data and analytics firms, where he has set and executed the technology strategy. Additionally, he has led global teams in the U.K., Eastern Europe, India, China, Japan, Singapore and Australia; honed strong engineering process and operational excellence from building enterprise-class business systems, meeting stringent service levels; and led product development and product management, particularly for innovative SaaS offerings.
Most recently, Mr. Miller advised a private equity client with a $1 billion carve-out from a global professional services firm. He led the technology function of the client’s transition management office, ensuring that the new portfolio company was ready for operations by deal close. The complex transaction spanned 41 countries and covered the sign-to-close and post-close stabilization periods.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Miller was involved in advising a $1 billion data and analytics firm on the carve-out of a business unit, while serving as the unit’s interim CTO. He also advised on the integration of two apparel retailers, while leading one of the firm’s e-commerce operations. Previously, Mr. Miller spent 11 years with S&P Global, where he most recently served as CTO of J.D. Power. There, he developed scalable cloud-based platforms that helped the company evolve from a market researcher to a data and analytics provider. Before that at S&P, Mr. Miller served as CTO of Equity Research.
Earlier, Mr. Miller was involved in several entrepreneurial ventures, including iClick, a software company he co-founded that pioneered employee and manager self-service for human resources, and ANS, the seminal national internet service provider that pioneered the commercialization and privatization of the NSFNet.
Mr. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Hamilton College in New York and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University in New York City.
