Jonathan Goodman
Mr. Goodman brings over 20 years of experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, restructuring, interim management, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, modeling, and analytics. Mr. Goodman has worked on and invested across a range of industries, including manufacturing, media and telecom, industrial, technology, asset management, and consumer sectors.
Mr. Goodman notable assignments include: serving as strategic financial advisor of a $120 million IT asset disposition company; assisting a $15 billion asset manager in Chief Operating Officer transition and operational review of its non-investment team department; assisting a $1.8 billion manufacturer of mining equipment in developing a bottom-up budget and preparing materials for a data room–ready sales process; serving as interim Deputy Chief Financial Officer, interim Vice President of Finance, and interim Head of FP&A for a $350 million, 800-store (550 franchise locations) fast-food company; assisting a $1 billion telecom company in identifying and quantifying cash-preservation opportunities to help alleviate short-term liquidity issues, and in the design and implementation of cost-optimization efforts to streamline the company’s operations; and assisting a $1.4 billion in revenue temporary site services and waste management company in implementing measures to improve the cash conversion cycle.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Goodman was Chief Investment Officer of 92 Elements, a family office for David Chung. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Financial Officer of Solace Brands, where he developed and shaped an early-stage CBD company. Mr. Goodman was also founder and Chief Investment Officer of Kolven Capital. Previously, he worked at Miller Buckfire & Co (financial restructuring), Odyssey Investment Partners (private equity), and JP Morgan (investment banking).
Mr. Goodman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
