John Ratliff
With more than 10 years of private equity consulting experience, Mr. Ratliff has covered a variety of industries including insurance, technology, business services, consumer products, waste and environmental services, sports and entertainment, healthcare, defense, and fiber.
Mr. Ratliff’s notable assignments include operational diligence and post-close integration support in the formation of Circana (through a merger of Information Resources, Inc. and The NPD Group), a leading global technology, analytics, and data provider. He was responsible for supporting TKO in its integration of several assets, including the Professional Bull Riders.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ratliff spent three years with Deloitte Consulting in Dallas, where he most recently served as Consultant in Strategy & Operations, focusing on corporate M&A support. He also spent one year with CAVU Consumer Partners in Austin as a deal team member, focusing on investments in high-growth better-for-you consumer products businesses such as Kettle & Fire and REBBL.
Mr. Ratliff earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, Austin. He is actively involved in the Wilmington, North Carolina community, supporting Vigilant Hope and Port City Community Church.
