John Ohrnberger
Mr. Ohrnberger has partnered with many boards and senior executives, both in an internal role and as an outside advisor, to create and enhance the effectiveness of the board–CEO relationship. He has worked with major public and private corporations across multiple industries to design and develop reward programs, aligning executive efforts and results with company business plans and goals.

He has also helped organizations develop new reward philosophies, navigate the regulatory and shareholder outreach strategies, and develop approaches to support major changes in business direction.
Mr. Ohrnberger earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University at Albany, State University of New York and a JD from St. John’s Law University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
