Johan Lundgren

Mr. Lundgren has a strong track record of results creation through leadership of large transformation programmes with €-billion impact, including a major commercial vehicles manufacturer, a publicly listed hygiene/consumer goods company and a global mining equipment producer. Mr. Lundgren has worked with clients across various industries, including industrial goods and services, process industry, healthcare products and private equity.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lundgren spent 30 years with Bain & Company, serving most recently as Advisory Partner. He is associated with many notable results with top-tier private equity firms, investment companies and their portfolio companies in the Nordic region. His specific experience in private equity spans the value chain from fund strategy, pre-deal screening, commercial due diligence, value creation plans, to portfolio company performance improvement and exit support.
Mr. Lundgren earned a master’s degree in business and economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is a non-executive board member of Colmec AB, the World Childhood Foundation and Chair of InexOne. A Swedish national, Mr. Lundgren is fluent in Swedish and English.
