Jodi Ehrenhofer

With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Ehrenhofer specifically oversees the Chapter 11 preparation and reporting requirements from pre-filing through distribution, including preparation of the creditor matrix, drafting of the schedules and statements of financial affairs, claims reconciliation, preference analyses, lease assumption and rejection analyses, distribution processes and all facets of post-confirmation wind down. She deals with the complexities of working with various professionals and clients, integrating the financial and legal reporting requirements necessary to file and manage a Chapter 11 case. Ms. Ehrenhofer has worked with clients across various industries, including oil and gas, energy, retail, media, automotive and manufacturing.
Ms. Ehrenhofer’s notable assignments include engagements with Forever 21 Inc., White Star Petroleum Holdings, LLC, EXCO Resources, Inc., Payless Holdings, LLC, Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation, Energy Future Holding Corp, Tribune Company, USG Corporation, Tower Automotive, Delphi and Enron Corp.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ehrenhofer was a Managing Director in the corporate finance practice at FTI Consulting.
Ms. Ehrenhofer earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
