Jennifer Roberti is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services in New York. She specializes in strategy design and implementation, organizational transformation, and growth acceleration in mission-driven organizations.
Ms. Roberti has worked in and with teams in challenging environments, including Syria, Nigeria, Yemen, Côte d’Ivoire, and South Africa, often being sent in to navigate sensitive political or regulatory issues.
Having also worked extensively in global marketing and communications, Ms. Roberti brings significant experience in managing crisis communications, developing employee communications strategies, and changing management communications. Further, she has expertise in turning around teams by establishing organization-wide metrics, rationalizing vendors, and implementing shared technology platforms—resulting in substantially increased impact for humanitarian and development programs.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Roberti was the Chief Marketing Officer at two of the largest nonprofits serving children, where she was responsible for raising over $1 billion in support of humanitarian crises, international development, and headstart programs in the US. She worked across various members and national committees to establish global strategies and standards, redesign communications approaches, and reimagine programs and products to better engage the public.
Before that, Ms. Roberti worked as a global executive for the largest mobile operator in Africa and the Middle East, where she was responsible for managing large-scale multinational programs, including the rollout of mobile financial services such as mobile money, international remittances, improvements to customer service in call centers and service centers, and the global sponsorship implementation of the 2010 FIFA World Cup across 21 countries.
Ms. Roberti earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
