Jeffrey Liddle

Mr. Liddle’s notable assignments include an interim CFO role at an IT solutions company where he helped improve the finance and accounting function and its interactions with the rest of the business; a private equity transition, where he helped a family-owned company that was facing liquidity issues improve its cash management processes after being acquired by a private equity firm, which included creating a 13-week cash-flow model and revamping how it managed vendors; and standing up the project management and controls function for a renewable energy company to improve visibility and control over capital spend.
Additionally, Mr. Liddle led teams to help streamline the financial and non-financial processes for a portable restroom company, cutting approximately $2.4 million per year in shared services costs. In another assignment, his team created a custom business intelligence solution, working with executives to define and build the set of key performance indicators and corresponding reports that were used to manage their respective product lines.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Liddle spent the bulk of his career in various advisory roles, working primarily in the energy industry.
Mr. Liddle earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Trinity University in San Antonio and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
