Jeffrey Dwyer

With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Dwyer specializes in working capital management, cash flow and liquidity enhancement, business plan review and development, and SG&A strategic review. He has advised a wide range of executives, shareholders, corporates, and sponsors across healthy and under-performing situations and has implemented pre/post-acquisition integration plans, advised on debt restructurings and assisted clients in complex transformation plans.
Mr. Dwyer recently served as interim CEO of a $1+ billion manufacturing and services organization, leading a finance and accounting performance improvement process (organizational design, refinancing and consolidation of eight credit facilities and M&A support services) and operational transformation (inventory rationalization, OEE productivity implementation, and indirect spend rationalization).
Previously, Mr. Dwyer served as interim manager of a $2+ billion retailer, leading board/CFO support services and expense rationalization initiatives that resulted in over $100 million in opex reductions via inventory rationalization, payroll optimization, and 4-wall productivity assessment. He was a financial advisor to a Fortune 500 retailer, leading the corporate transformation, identifying over $300 million in cost reduction and EBITDA improvement opportunities, delivering run-rate savings, and supporting future state organizational design.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dwyer worked with Financial Technology Partners, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in strategic and financial advisory in the financial technology sector.
Mr. Dwyer earned a BBA from the University of San Francisco.
