Jason Chen

With extensive experience in growth strategies, digital transformation, and omni-channel optimization (including brand positioning, consumer operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, and channel transformation), Mr. Chen has helped over 20 Chinese consumer companies enhance topline performance, navigate economic cycles, and achieve milestones such as initial public offerings, turnarounds, and M&A-driven restructuring.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chen held leadership roles as Partner and Subject Matter Expert at IBM, McKinsey & Company, and EY-Parthenon, where he spearheaded growth-driven consulting engagements. Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Sales Director and General Manager of E-commerce at two multinational, fast-moving consumer goods companies, overseeing revenue growth and full profit-and-loss accountability.
Mr. Chen earned a bachelor’s degree in computational mathematics from Chongqing University, a master’s degree in computer science from Tsinghua University, and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
