Mr. Crosby brings 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across public and private transactions, working with entrepreneurs, families, corporates, and financial sponsors on acquisitions, sales, capital raising, recapitalizations, and restructurings. He has worked across a range of sectors, including housebuilding, senior living, affordable housing, student housing, self-storage, alternatives, hospitality, construction, and infrastructure services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Crosby was Head of Corporate Finance at Savills Capital Advisors, covering real estate M&A across the living, alternatives, and hospitality sectors. Previously, he was Head of Real Estate M&A at KPMG and led KPMG’s U.K. coverage of infrastructure and construction.

Mr. Crosby earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (first class) from Bristol University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He is a Trustee of a charity focused on research and support for brain conditions in children.
