Jaime Silva de Soto
With more than 11 years of experience, Mr. Silva has advised companies across Spain and Europe in refinance processes, cash-flow forecast and monitoring, raising new finance, and optimizing debt structure.
Mr. Silva has been involved in several projects and worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including retail (La Sirena Congelados, All We Wear Group [AWWG], and Gocco Confec), industrial products (Vichy Catalan, Heritage B BV, Artificial Intelligence Structures, Guardian Industries, Roig Cerámica, and Lacrem, among others), construction and hospitality (Eurofinsa, Hesperia World, and Hotelbeds), power and utilities (Solaria Energy and Jadash Petroleum), and automotive (Grupo Motor Gómez or Grupo Harald Flick).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Silva spent six years with EY Restructuring and Debt Advisory in Madrid, where he most recently served as Senior Manager. At EY, he led debt advisory and distress M&A projects and coordinated several creditors and debtors restructuring processes across multiple sectors.
Mr. Silva earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CUNEF University. He is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel. Mr. Silva is also fluent in Spanish and English.
