Jackie Kline
Mr. Kline has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational turnarounds. He brings advanced capabilities in lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System (TPS), and Six Sigma, as well as skills in effective team building, leadership development, and succession planning. He also has extensive experience in global operations and supply chain management.
With more than 38 years of experience in sales and marketing, product launch, operations, and general management, Mr. Kline has demonstrated strength in new product and process introduction, technology deployment, and factory startups, consistently meeting aggressive timelines and utilization targets. He is particularly skilled in aligning cross-functional teams across regions to ensure successful product launches and process standardization. Mr. Kline has co-led large-scale mergers, acquisitions, and operational consolidations, unifying disparate facilities into high-performing, vertically-integrated operations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kline spent 38 years with AMP Incorporated and later Tyco Electronics in Pennsylvania, California, North Carolina, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, where he most recently served as Senior Operations Vice President. In this role, Mr. Kline integrated four different operations from prior M&As into one US base operations team. He also successfully moved manufacturing from Detroit, Michigan, to Atlanta, Georgia, while simultaneously increasing capacity and output. Before that, he served as Vice President of Asia–Pacific Operations for the Automotive Business Group, where he co-led the Japan brown field change from four process factories into one large, vertically integrated factory in Kakegawa, Japan. He also co-led the same activity in South Korea and the green field operation and bringing online of a new factory in Thailand.
Mr. Kline earned a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication from the University of Pittsburgh. He has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
