Mr. Byrt’s primary areas of concentration are M&A transactions (sell/buy/distress lead advisory) and strategic M&A advice (M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value capture, and optimization).

With more than 25 years of M&A and strategic advisory experience, Mr. Byrt advises multinationals, large Polish companies, and private equity funds in all areas of transactions strategy and execution. He has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer and retail, and healthcare.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Byrt was Partner at EY-Parthenon and head of its Transaction Strategy and Execution practice in Poland. He also co-founded Azimutus, a leading Polish M&A boutique. He previously held roles at McKinsey & Company and Forvis Mazars.

Mr. Byrt earned a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) qualification from IESE Business School. Mr. Byrt is fluent in Polish, English, and French.
