Heather Robinson

Ms. Robinson is currently supporting the carve-out and stand-up of a Caribbean electric utility’s transmission and distribution business as it separates from the legacy utility going through bankruptcy. She has served in multiple roles for the client, including supporting the project management office during the first year of transition and, most recently, the build-out of the regulatory department responsible for all external reporting to the energy regulator.
Previously, Ms. Robinson served on the project management office managing the carve-out of the power generation business of a Fortune 300 utility company going through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. She managed project governance functions, including steering and separation committees, status and escalation report outs for 10 workstreams, and managed a complex stakeholder group including the parent company leadership team, vendors, creditors and regulators.
Prior to this, Ms. Robinson served as a workstream project Manager for a Fortune 100 oil and gas company’s $4 billion acquisition integration, managing client stakeholder groups aligned with three disparate processes of retail site management. She accelerated the workstream go-live six months ahead of the full integration for a work order management system utilized at 550 client retail sites, automating manual and call-center-dependent processes. Ms. Robinson also analyzed part procurement processes for six maintenance warehouses and 30 technician trucks, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ms. Robinson earned a BBA in marketing, a master's degree in marketing (strategy and analytics focus) and a certificate in international business from Texas A&M University.
