Hardeep Sandhu

Mr. Sandhu advises on loan portfolio transactions and structured solutions across the performance spectrum and range of asset classes, including commercial real estate, residential mortgages, asset finance, infrastructure, renewables, small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate, aviation, shipping, and consumer loans. He also leads A&M’s advisory offering in private equity secondaries, focusing on general partner-led and limited partner-led transactions.
Mr. Sandhu has advised on more than €120 billion of deleveraging and transactional projects over the past nine years, working with a diverse group of financial services clients, particularly banking and private equity institutions, on projects across EMEA and Asia. He also has real estate investment banking experience within the U.K. market.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sandhu was an Assistant Director in a Big Four accountancy firm, specializing in portfolio advisory. Previously, he worked in a U.K.-focused investment bank, providing advice on equity and M&A transactions to listed clients within the U.K. building, construction, and real estate sector.
Mr. Sandhu earned a bachelor’s degree (first class) in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
